Problem:
When launching a video (on page 148 of the student book), the 'Please wait' dialogue does not clear, and the video does not play.

Cause:
The correct file cannot be located on the installed product.

Solution:
Download the zip file below, and once unpacked (using a utility such as WinZip, IZArc, 7zip etc.), copy the xml and flv file into the installed 'atm' directory on your workstation/server.
