Problem:
After installing the software, you cannot log in as the administrator.

OR

You cannot subsequently change existing shared path location, school name or administrator credentials

Cause:
The configuration file cannot be written to.

Solution:
Ensure that the install directory is not Read Only, for the purposes of configuring the software. Once administrative credentials are established and set up, additional administration can be performed with the files set again to Read Only (other than the tasks listed above).
