ICT4Life - Export of user data

ICT4Life includes functions to export pupil and group information in a number of locations. This feature may be used to retain a paper-based report on progress, and allows for additional teacher-driven analysis of the data in a digital form (data is exported as .csv and can be opened in Excel).

Mark assessment

  • Log in as a teacher & click ‘Assess’
  • Select a ‘Teaching Group’ and click ‘Go’
  • Click ‘I want to mark my class’s work’
  • Click ‘View as spreadsheet’ to open the report in Microsoft Excel – save this sheet, as it details the level in which your pupils are working, the names of any associated evidence files (null where not uploaded)  and records the state of whether work has been peer, self or teacher assessed.

Note that there is no facility to re-import any changes made to the spreadsheet.
  • If you have a colour printer, you may prefer to print the report from ICT4Life, as a colour coded reference for ease of use.
